Factory Visit, technical tour, and workshop hosted by SETL & Net Zero Building


Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to Net Zero Buildings, where we'll take a closer look at how Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) are reshaping the future of school estates.


This half-day experience blends insight, innovation and interaction, giving attendees the chance to hear the NZB story, explore the technical side of modular delivery, and take part in a focused SETL-led workshop around future planning in estates.

  • Live site tour of Net Zero Buildings’ facilities (PPE required)
  • Insight from NZB leadership on projects, process, and performance
  • High-level look at how MMC can reduce carbon, cost and complexity
  • Workshop session hosted by SETL to reflect and share key takeaways
  • Networking over lunch with peers and experts from across the sector
