Driven by a clear mission, Dan Co-founded SETL to connect every estates manager across the UK into one powerful network , a space to learn, collaborate, and grow together.

Lee is a senior estates professional with deep, hands-on experience managing complex school estates across multiple sites. With a background in operational leadership, compliance, and capital works, Lee understands the real-world demands placed on estates teams in education.

As Co-Founder of SETL, Lee brings a practical voice to the table — ensuring the platform always reflects the day-to-day needs of estates managers on the ground. His insight is central to shaping a community that’s relevant, useful, and ready to support the future of school estates management.

Francesca is a Future Procurements Lead at the Department for Education, helping shape how school estates are delivered across the UK.

 With deep expertise in public sector procurement and policy, she brings strategic insight and national perspective to the SETL Advisory Board.
